International Joint Master in TVET for Sustainable Development

Establish an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Programme inspired by the Magdeburg ITVET (International Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Master, developed under the leadership of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and the UNESCO UNEVOC Centre Magdeburg "TVET for Sustainable Development." The program will serve as a globally applicable framework for advanced studies in TVET, guided by the 2004 UNESCO TVET Framework (Hangzhou Declaration). Its core objective is to address global educational and labor market needs by fostering expertise in sustainable development through vocational education.

Curriculum Alignment: The curriculum is structured around the principles of the UNESCO TVET Framework, ensuring alignment with global standards and adaptability for regional applications.
Global Collaboration: The program involves collaboration with universities from Georgia, Indonesia, and Spain as full partners. Each partner contributes unique perspectives and strengths to the curriculum, fostering an intercultural and interdisciplinary learning environment.
Industry and NGO Involvement: Associate partnerships with industries and NGOs in each partner country will enhance the program by: 1) Providing practical insights, technical expertise, and case studies; 2) Facilitating access to state-of-the-art technologies; 3) Creating networking opportunities for students, faculty, and stakeholders.
