Role of B cells in patients with coronary artery diseases

We aimed to investigate the role of B cells, by analysing B cell markers, in underlying atherosclerosis process among coronary artery disease patients. Here, we intended to investigate the B cells in peripheral blood mononulcear cells as well as from atherosclerotic plaques. We intend to employ flow cytometry to analyse the B cell markers and ELISA to detect the levels of antibodies and B cell factors. This project will start from the beginning of 2023.
