Morphometric medial temporal lobe changes during early AD using segmentation and generative diffeomorphic registration

We focus on multimodal MRI T1/T2-based generative modelling of shape differences in medial temporal lobe (MTL) in the DZNE DELCODE cohort using joint segmentation and diffeomorphic registration (Brudfors et al., 2020). The resulting morphometric volume differences and longitudinal changes in MTL are analyzed in relation to CSF-biomarkers such as Tau and cognitive performance differences in subjective cognitive decline (SCD) and subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
