Drying of thick porous media simulated through integrating pore network models and machine learning algorithms

A key pillar of the project is to work out an overarching methodology that jointly leverages pore network models and supervised machine learning techniques. A methodology as such will aid simulations of drying in thick porous media, but also thermo-chemical processes (such as pyrolysis) in thermally-thick particles.
