Product Lifecycle Management and Test Management

The main goal of the project is to introduce and implement state-of-the art methods of product lifecycle and test management at Fujitsu Technology Solutions. For this purpose, the methods are investigated and adapted to fit in the context of the organization. It is necessary to evaluate the applicability of methods from theory into real projects, further improvement in methods for industrial requirements and to improve the overall operations of the organization. In the workstream “product lifecycle management” alignment between business and IT is evaluated. Different tools are evaluated for effective management of business processes. In the workstream “test management” the test management framework is investigated to conduct test activities (from strategic to operational level) effectively.
