Generative Artificial Intelligence and Risk Factor Disclosure in Securities Prospectuses

The goal of the research project is to empirically investigate whether the description of risk factors in a securities prospectus can be improved through the use of generative artificial intelligence. A review of the relevant literature shows that this topic has not been addressed to date. Direct feedback from major international law firms demonstrates that this topic is of great interest and high practical relevance.
