Autonomous structure formation rocesses in spray fluidized bed agglomeration

Recent progress in spray fluidized bed agglomeration enables to model kinetics and particle formation during the process. With minimal amount of empirical information on the influence of operating conditions on fractal dimension, agglomerates can be produced in silico, even printed out in 3D. Such advanced technologies shall be applied to the continuously operated process, in combination with new methods for inline monitoring and automatic control. The goal is to automatic control. The goal is to autonomously run the process towards desired agglomerate structures and structure-dependent end-user properties.
