Kinetic and thermodynamic investigation of selective crystallization techniques in biocatalytic reactions.

The research project deals with the reactive crystallization of chiral amines and organic phosphates, here in particular nucleotides, from biocatalytic reactions. The aim is the fundamental investigation of the primary kinetic and thermodynamic limitations and the development of suitable technologies to overcome these constraints.
