Obligations of Investors under Public International Law

The research project evaluates the current state and future potential of public obligations of investors as a normative ordering idea in the realm of international investment law. Thereby, it focusses primarily on existing as well as potential obligations under investment agreements and discusses the approaches to this issue as well as its implications for the realm of international investment dispute settlement.
