Combination of Crystallization and (biocatalytic) dynamic kinetic resolution.

The combination of dynamic kinetic resolution coupled with selective crystallization techniques is investigated. Racemization is achieved either by mesomerism-based (spontaneous) methods or biocatalysts (isomerases). The fundamental aim is to produce enantiomerically pure compounds, which in turn represent intermediates for pharmaceutical and agrochemical compounds.
