Katharina Eva Loter is Sociology PhD candidate and research associate at the Chair for Quantitative Methods in Social Sciences at the MLU Halle-Wittenberg in Germany. She works on a dissertation project: “Life Course Influences on Health and Health Inequalities” (expected Winter 2018/19). Katharina studied “Quantitative Methods in Economics” at the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland and “Sociology and Empirical Social Research” at the University of Cologne. Her research interests include health and social inequalities over the life course, family dynamics and quantitative methods.
